The electromechanical lock or latch is the heart of the system. It enables remote controlled, secure access with a flexible interface and electronic signature "stamp." The access control device serves as the human interface, with simple standalone keypads or more complex proximity readers and remote systems. Remote monitoring can be configured to a variety of levels - from a simple indicator light to a sophisticated monitoring system.
